Before you book
The Farmyard offers two distinct rental locations: ​
Both rentals offer hourly photography, mini-session, styled-shoot, and commercial photography rentals. The Farmyard is also available for private gatherings, workshops, and pop-up events.

Each location is rented separately, with access and amenities specific to your reserved space.

Photography Rental Options
The following options are available at both the farmyard + The Farmstand
Hourly Photography
$75/hour
Individual photography
(1–2 bookings) + personal content creation.
mini
sessions
$150/hour
Multiple short photography sessions.
1 hour minimum.
Styled Photoshoots
$225
Organized creative shoots + photography collabs.
1.5 hour minimum.
branding + commercial
$150/hour
Business + commercial photography + content.
2 hour minimum.
GATHERINGS & WORKSHOPS
Available exclusively at The Farmyard.
Both event rentals include the farmhouse interior + porches, seasonal gardens, picnic areas, and available furniture and décor. Additional tables, chairs, food, + event supplies are not provided.
Small Private Gatherings
$175
2 hours | Up to 15 guests
Additional hours: $75/hour

*Intimate, invitation-only gatherings, including book clubs, girls' nights, and homeschool meetups.
Workshops & Pop-Ups
$275
3 hours | Up to 30 guests
Additional hours: $75/hour

Ticketed workshops, creative classes + pop-up events hosted by small businesses, makers, + creative groups.
