Step onto The Farmyard, and you’ll feel the warmth of generations past and the charm of simple country livin’. With 20 acres of wide-open Texas land, there’s plenty of room to breathe, explore, and soak in the beauty of farm life.

The farmhouse
Cozy and full of charm, the farmhouse is the true heart of The Farmyard, blending nostalgia and modern comfort. Relax on the wrap-around front porch, where hanging baskets overflow with vibrant blooms, and an antique washing machine sits proudly, with a red-lined bowl full of fresh plants and flowers. One side of the porch features a barn-style sliding door, with cactus and a rustic cow skull, adding a touch of Western flair. On the other side, porch steps lead to double wooden doors that open wide into the farmhouse, letting in lots of natural light to brighten up the entire space. Out back, the American flag waves proudly—a symbol of faith, family, and country.

Styled seasonally with vintage charm and modern touches.
Inside, a plush bed by an open window invites cuddles, playful jumps, and dreamy photoshoots. A cozy nook at the end of the bed awaits with vintage toys like metal trucks and wooden farm animals, sparking little imaginations. The small farm table is dressed in a classic gingham tablecloth, with a basket ready for a picnic, adding a sweet, laid-back touch. Lush plantsand a mix of Western style and vintage charm create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Find handmade quilts tucked inside an old cedar chest and a basket of fresh sheets, ideal for an outdoor setup or hanging on the clothesline to catch the breeze.

The backyard
This cozy corner includes the tire swing, the farm truck, our old picnic table, the raised garden beds, and the antique tractor—everything you need for those laid-back, barefoot moments.

The back twenty
Down past the barn sits our most peaceful spot. With a pond, a giant oak tree, a rope swing, and views that stretch for miles, the Back 20 is where time really slows down.

The clothesline
Just like something out of Grandma’s backyard, this old-fashioned setup is one of the most loved spots on the farm. With quilts blowing in the breeze, soft evening light, and plenty of open space, it’s made for capturing something timeless.
A vintage table can be added nearby for styling, and a picnic basket or linen basket always adds that little extra charm. We keep a rotating selection of linens—crochet, lace, vintage sheets, tablecloths, and quilts. Whether you’re drawn to bold colors or the soft simplicity of whites and creams, you’ll find something that fits your vision.
It can be shot from both sides—facing the open field and fence line with golden sunset light, or turned toward the farmhouse with soft mid-morning glow. Or lean into the boldness and use that strong, direct light throughout the day for something with a little more grit.

Styling the farmyard
Every piece you see—every Table, chair, basket, or quilt—has been thoughtfully chosen to offer styling freedom to creatives and renters. Whether you’re planning a session, hosting a workshop, or just want a space that feels like you, you’re welcome to move things around, restyle areas, and make it your own.
We rotate pieces seasonally, and we’re happy to share what’s available when you book. From weathered stools and gingham throws to flower buckets and vintage farm tables, we’ve gathered a little collection of charm to bring your vision to life.
